Though my preference is almost always face to face support groups, there are times when those services are not readily available or there’s something you just don’t want to share in a group.
To meet these needs I’m expanding my services…
Individual Grief Consults
This is you…
• You’re newly grieving and need a reality check just to make sure you’re not going off the deep end.
• You’re newly grieving and need some guidance about how to manage what for you is uncharted territory.
• You’re not so new to grief and are feeling stuck in the process. When grief stops moving and changing, it’s time to get some help.
• You’re anywhere in the process and feel overwhelmed.
• You’re anywhere in the process and are losing hope it’s ever going to get better.
I can’t take your pain away, but I can help you understand what’s going on and help you develop strategies for getting through it. One size doesn’t fit all so everything we do in individual sessions is tailored to your unique situation.
Here are the details…
• All sessions are conducted on the telephone
• Sessions are 50 minutes
• You can schedule sessions on a weekly, monthly or as needed basis…single sessions are fine.
• Sessions are $75
